Dumpling Hour @ Ambassador Row is very good…

Can you be more specific?
Sushi Roxx in Broussard (not sure how they're still in business but it's my favorite sushi)
Dumpling Hour has 2 locations
Hot Pot is ok
Pho Ly in New Iberia is a hidden gem
Tsunami downtown is always good
Ye's in Youngsville for takeout
Pimon Thai is good
RAWZ in Youngsville is pretty good with a big menu

Saigon Noodles for Viet.
Maison Noodle House for mix of Thai/Viet/Lao.
Pimon Thai a hair over Bangkok Thai.
Blu Basil used to be the best but the owners (viet) sold to an Indonesian, not sure how much has changed on the menu as I have not been since it was sold.

Fuji is great when they're open. They leave the country often I believe.

Another vote for Dumpling Hour and Nhi should be mentioned as well.

I've dined at Blu Basil a few times. It's always been tasty.

Blu Basil and Saigon Noodles were owned by the same family. Saigon still has the great summer rolls and bahn mi sandwiches. Basil used to have an app called Bahn Mi bites and they were outstanding. Since being sold I don't know if they are still on the menu or taste the same ?
