The federal agency that fights workplace bias is investigating Nike over its treatment of White employees, making good on the Trump administration pledge to crack down on diversity, equity and inclusion policies and make shielding White men from discrimination a priority. The investigation is one of the first announced by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which put out a call seeking discrimination complaints from White men in December. The EEOC said Wednesday, Feb. 4 it filed an action in federal court in Missouri to compel Nike to produce information related to allegations that the company discriminated against White workers as part of its DEI program and the targets it set to increase the number of underrepresented workers in its ranks and leadership

Not just racial discrimination, but also ageism. How is a 50 year old White man supposed to compete with this?

The disclosure comes two months after Lucas posted a social media call-out urging white men to come forward if they have experienced race or sex discrimination at work. The post urged eligible workers to reach out to the agency “as soon as possible” and referred users to the agency’s fact sheet on DEI-related discrimination.
The investigation against Nike, however, does not stem from any worker complaint against the company. Rather, Lucas filed her own complaint in May 2024 through a more rarely used tool known as a commissioner’s charge, according to the court documents. Her charge came just months after America First Legal, a conservative legal group founded by top Trump adviser Stephen Miller, sent the EEOC a letter outlining complaints against Nike and urging the agency to file a commissioner’s charge.
So no one at Nike even filed a complaint, but she decided to do an investigation anyway because the administration told her to for...reasons.

Yes... I'm sure super woke Nike has not been discriminating against straight white males at all... like 99% of corporate America blatantly has for the last several years.

That's weird. Because over in Asia they use slaves to make their shite.

Every big company is guilty of this in the past 10 years.

Then they should all be sued.
