Sourcing Winter Vegetables in South Louisiana

Looking for greens and other winter vegetables that are fresh and local.
I’ll travel for them, but ideally they’d be in Acadiana, the BR area, or around NOLA.
Specifically looking for:
Collard/mustard/turnip greens
Yams
Mirlitons
Carrots
Open to any other vegetables.
Any input appreciated.

I usually get my greens at the Farmers Market. Try Southside Produce for the rest. Might be slim pickings due to the cold snap we just had.

Probably will find mirlitons a bit hard to find since, from my experience growing them, they tend to be very plentiful from around October until the end of December.
Most greens survive cold weather just fine and it actually helps with their flavor and texture. I grow collards and they did fine when it got down to the upper 20's here in N.O.
I also didn't lose hardly any of my many varieties of leaf lettuce, Swiss Chard and Kale to the cold. Maybe 1/5 of the leaves are showing damage, but the rest are fine.

Go to the downtown Baton Rouge Farmer's Market on 5th Street between Main and North Streets, Saturdays from 8 to 12.
The first Saturday of the month is the really big market, with arts and crafts booths, so this weekend should be packed with vendors.

This is where I would start. After that maybe try Southside Produce, or Fresh Pickins. There's also the produce stand north of I-10 on the Lobdell exit. I think it's called Po-Folks Produce.

Not sure what all he has right now. But spring he has alot going on.
He is Cajun Maturin farms.
We may have tomatoes and cucumbers here at my place in the spring. But they go fast we usually can't keep up.
