Article doesn't say that....they make it seem that it will shut down but that it should be a shorter shut down, LOL.

Sounds like they reached a deal, but because the deal changes the bill. It will have to go back to the house.
Shutdown will occur at least till Monday when the house goes back in session to vote on the changes from the Senate.
I would expect it to pass easily if both parties are agreeing

No there wasn’t a deal. The Dems still want to shut down ICE.

Inside knowledge? Deal has been reported basically everywhere.
Pass 5 of the remaining 6 appropriations bills.
Pass a 2 week CR of DHS only.
Once they pass it today will go back to the House and vote on Monday. Trump and Schumer both have announced it.
