Seems a lot of people are missing a very obvious fact. There are 105 players on the football roster. Of course Football is going to get the majority of the rev share money - the have WAY more players who need to get paid. However many millions that are dedicated to baseball may even go farther than what’s dedicated to football, even though the bottom line number is smaller, because you have fewer guys that have to get a cut. So I think people upset about the uneven rev share numbers may be missing the mark.

Compare football profit to baseball profit and then explain how increasing expenses for baseball will not lead to bigger losses.

Not one person thinks baseball rev share should be anywhere close to football.

Baseball rev share should be competitive with the best in the nation, and more than women's basketball, who loses tons of money yearly though.

Why does women's basketball even exist?

They are all on Scholarship now. So the ones not getting direct payout from revenue share will be getting a fully paid education. Whatever that cost is will be pay. They also will get a meal plan paid up.

Not necessarily. You can go up to that number, but most schools won't.

as already mentioned, not a single person has complained at all about the amount football gets compared to other sports.

but honestly if roster size was the determining factor, then Baseball would get more money than men's and women's basketball do combined.

men and women basketball each get 15 players (30 combined, obviously) baseball has 34.

There are several football players that get more than double the revenue share than the entire baseball team.
