Grad transfers signing after Spring

I know that there is now only one transfer portal window, but I'm assuming it does not apply to grad transfers, correct?
If this is indeed the case, do you think we will add a few guys as grad transfers after spring?

it doesn’t apply to people
who withdraw from school either.
idk what the NCAA requires as to enrolling in the summer or fall. but they can’t stop you from dropping out of one college and enrolling in another

I think the roster is pretty much set even if we could add a grad transfer. I dont know that many kids are waiting till after spring practice to reevaluate their situation unless they are counting on that as a loophole if spring looks rough for them

Perhaps, but it will depend on the needs we have and who is available.

Understandable. Unfortunately, injuries are a part of spring practice. There may be unforeseen areas where injury or player evaluation say we need some depth.
And, as crazy as this sounds, I believe there are a few good football players left who are still interested in finishing their degree!

It doesn't sound crazy; that is usually a function of parents who emphasize the value of education. Not all athletes are only looking for a dollar. Sure, there are plenty, but there are also plenty who are far more nuanced in their thinking than tRant gives them credit for.

All the transfer rules changed to some extent. But I don’t remember what it said. With all the money involved each case wants to go to court to challenge any rule.
