this is a documentary on the hilarious story of the group of artists in providence who built and occupied an apartment inside the providence place mall in the 2000’s. Very entertaining.

art is life…man

It was worth a watch. Weird folks, but this kinda seemed like a fun project.

Definitely a spot to have adventurous sex. ha

Watched this the other night, pretty entertaining.

I was pretty impressed that the guy had to wherewithal way back in the day to video pretty much everything they did. Vlogging long before vlogging was even a word.

Was it the part where they literally said they were able to do this because of their white privilege?

they said that after they got released when they got caught smuggling stuff in thru the service entrance, at night. which was undoubtedly true. the "white privilege" comment was in reference to that specific instance and interaction with mall security

Agreed 100% with their comment... that is prob exactly why they were released in that town. Lots of affluent white folks there...especially at that time.

I made it about 30 minutes. I wasn’t prepared for life lessons. I just wanted to see people doing hood rat shite with their friends.

I really enjoyed this. It’s a bit of a clickbait title and concept though, as it’s really more of a documentary about the Tape Art artist dude and his collective. The Mall Apartment was just a part of it. Albeit, it’s the most interesting part, so I don’t blame the film makers for leading with that.

Cool story about the mall apt but a lot of fluff.
