Billy is reunited with his Gish guitar after nearly 27 years. Cool Story I think.
I always enjoy Billy’s interviews. He always seems very knowledgeable about all types of music.
He plays my Favorite at the end.

He’s a genuine prodigy and genius. About 15 years ago he did a YouTube series where he drove across the country going to off beat, podunk towns to visit and see real history and culture. He would play songs at random as well.
On his trip he stopped and visited his aunt, and they talked about how when he was a kid he participated in a piano contest. He won it, and it was a contest for all of Illinois. He was considered a genuine prodigy.
I know many can’t stand him based off of how he became a diva at the height of their success. I’ve seen him admit this and talk about how he lost his way for a while. Hanging with Marilyn Manson really corrupted him. I remember when all of that was going on, and it was all brought on by his marital problems. Dude just went into a depression and acted out.
He’s a genuine dude though. I don’t fault someone for who they were at the worst time of life, especially when admitting to it and fixing oneself

Thanks for your post. He seems way happier and more mellow. So sick of people saying how aweful he was. Par the course usually. Doesn’t change his talent
