What's the point in bondi bringing charges when the entire federal judicial system is going to just going to let them go anyway?
They are only interested when it's Trump.

I'm not sure if you know this, but in Trump's 2 federal cases, at the time of his election, one was dismissed (due to inappropriately-appointed prosecutor, like with Comey, et al) and one was gutted with an immunity ruling. So the federal court was very favorable to Trump during his prosecutions.

They waited until the statute of limitations ran out for Comey. They knew the charges wouldn’t stick, which is why they waited.

Well the obstruction case was strong, and wasn't dismissed for substantive reasons, just like how the Comey indictment wasn't dismissed for substantive reasons, either.

Here's a little insight to explain your concerns.
Approximately 80% of law professors identify as liberal/progressive, over 70% of lawyers identify as liberal/progressive.
Because of this^^^^ the judiciary is going to lean left and in some cases when politics are front and center the judiciary will lean hard left.
