Does anyone have a ball park on how much the next roster is going to cost?

I know originally the budget was 25-30 mil but I don't see a world where this roster before Seaton and Princewill (God willing) sign being under or around the original budgeted amount.

Who knows. Players like the ones from Southern and Nichols may be only 50K. If my kid were at Nichols and had a chance to put on that LSU jersey mayne then we coming even if there's no cash.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that the kid from Nicholls cost $100,000...and will never play a down. And he knows he won't.

I don’t think the 30 mil was set in stone due to the 3rd party money sources (boosters) pretty sure they are willing to give lane whatever he needs to go and get the best

Yeah. People seem to think that every player in the portal is getting at least a million. The kids from smaller schools (which is most of them) are going to make more in just their rev share portion than they would have staying put. The majority of expenses probably come from retaining our own players, as well as 4-5 portal additions.

You don’t know that. Kid allowed 2 pressures all season. Kiffin wouldn’t have offered him and pay him 100k if he didn’t think he was capable of “playing a down”

Yeah, that is not my department. I just root for the LSU Tigers. Maybe the next office will have that info.
