**Trigger warning for Israel First boomers: Joel Webbon, Nick Fuentes, Pat Buchanan all in or mentioned in this video**
Joel Webbon talks neoconservatism with Nick Fuentes. Joel definitely is not as learned on the subject as NF, but I love his perspective on Christian Nationalism.
Fuentes is very knowledgable about this subject and I was fascinated to hear him lay out the beginning of Neoconservatism.

I bookmarked the video to hopefully watch later this week.
I've only seen a snippet or two of Fuentes and his opinions, and know nothing about his opinions of neoconservatism.
That being said, I read the following X post a couple days ago and found it thought provoking, so will throw it into the mix if you or anyone else has opinions on it... whether it supports or conlficts with Fuentes, etc.

Neocons were pro war lefties.

quote:
You do not merely defend interests. You raise consciousness, rename the world, align institutions, and use power as the lever that makes the “end” arrive. And the practical record is what you would expect. The real world does not submit cleanly to an imagined, universalistic telos. Ethnos somehow seems to find a way to push back against these universalistic post-Hegelian framings of the end of history.
This may be the best quote I've read that describes the insanity that is neoconservatism.

Nick laid it out very well. I was astounded that he could easily pull out all these names off the cuff. He ties it back to the war between Israel and Egypt/Syria. Ive never heard Joel be quiet for so long lol

People are often surprised by Nick Fuentes after they finally give him a shot

I liked this format. Joel wasnt just spending the whole podcast trying to entice him into saying outlandish things or "father him" into being more likable to country club republicans. Joel is more "extreme" than Nick really
