What are some of the prices per square foot you are seeing for residential housing? Particularly looking to build in the Springlake/Fairhill Subdivision over on Bluebonnet. Thanks

All depends on the amenities.
On your lot, building the house right now could go from $55 - $125 / sf.

Without the land I paid roughly 100 per square foot, but this included so many upgrades.
Granite countertops, stained concrete flooring, 10 ft ceilings throughout, crown molding, maple cabinets, double hung wood paned Anderson windows throughout, side-load garage etc.
My lot was $34,000 so it totaled about 127 a square foot
