First I've heard about this.....???

This video provides an update on the ongoing revolution in Iran against the Islamic regime. The speaker reports that anti-Islamic Iranians have taken control of multiple cities and towns, and resignations within the IRGC (Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps) have begun (0:10-0:32).

Key points discussed in the video include:
Central Bank Governor Resignation: The governor of Iran's central bank, Mohammad Reza Farzin, resigned due to the uprising and the collapse of the Iranian currency. The economy is reported to be in disarray (1:46-2:22).
Protester Strength and Regime Weakness: Protesters continue to chant "Long Live the King" (2:53-2:57), and the regime forces are struggling with low numbers, unable to control the situation in various cities like Tehran and Karaj (3:20-4:07). There are reports of security forces being chased by protesters (4:54-4:56).
Regime's Desperation Tactics: The Iranian regime's IRGC intelligence units are sending mass text messages to citizens, warning them not to attend "illegal gatherings" in an apparent sign of desperation (11:15-12:58).
Crown Prince's Message: The Crown Prince of Iran, Reza Pahlavi II, released a video message calling on all sectors of society to join the protests and for security forces to join the people (14:25-15:05).
International Support: Former Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett also expressed support for the Iranian people, stating that "all the nations of the free world stand with you in your just struggle" (22:30-22:48). President Trump has also given the green light to Israel to strike Iran over its ballistic missile program and nuclear ambitions (7:51-9:01).
University Situation: The University of Tehran has been surrounded by security forces, and students are barricaded inside, with their lives potentially in danger (25:17-25:39).
Ongoing Protests and Violence: Protests continue across the country, with security forces, including IRGC members, clashing with demonstrators (26:46-27:18). The speaker notes that the security forces appear to be using rubber bullets initially, but fears live rounds might follow (32:03-32:19).

My FIL is from Iran and he still has quite a few family members in Tehran that he talks to pretty regularly. I was talking to him at Christmas before a lot of this popped up and he told me that this was coming according to his family over there. People there are pissed the frick off.

They are experiencing the inevitable consequences of fiat money.

EXTREME INFLATION. Plus they're lead by a caveman in 2025. They need to smoke him and the Republican Guard leadership all by themselves.

Imagine thinking a tiny foreign country controls all of geopolitics. Defies all logic.
