Like Lawrence but he isn’t elite. There are maybe 2-3 elite QBs in the NFL right now and he’s not one of em.

I think it's too early to crown him, but he has played as good as anyone for the back half of this year.
His contract is actually looking like a good value now.
But anyone who has actually watched him for the last 2-3 years isn't seeing anything they didn't already know.

He has been good but he’s not elite. Elite QBs strike fear in defenses because if you don’t play perfectly or make big plays they’re gonna go down field and score every possession. He’s not that

Let's see him do it in the playoffs before we crown his arse. He's played a lot better this year though.

Yeah. 20+ years as a Jags fan has made me a negative nelly but I doubt teams are scared of facing him in the playoffs like they are with Josh Allen.

Allen played like arse today and has been mediocre most of the season. The NFL suits and ESPN talking heads love him but he’s won as many super bowls as Lawrence. Right now I’d take Lawrence and the Jags offense over Buffalo

I think currently the jags lines would bully the shite out of the bills lines.
Lawrence isn’t elite yet but nobody seems to be elite week in/out this year. When Lawrence gets hot he’s as dangerous as just about anyone.

He had 260 passing yards and 2 rushing tds in the pouring rain. That “fumble” was absolutely not a fumble.
He’s 5th in passer rating for the seasons and has accounted for 39 tds. Yeah some “‘mediocre”.
