I posted this on tRant…

Em is out of eligibility for the indoor game, and she graduated.

If a player switches sports, they gain an additional year of eligibility.

The positive, since beach volleyball is a spring sport, is that she will actually get to play two seasons at LSU, bc this spring is still her senior year.

All the best to her. She’s one helluva player. Great pickup for LSU beach vb.

You realize A&M's starting setter this year left LSU 2 years ago and won a National Championship with A&M this year?

Great young lady. I’ve known her family for years. Happy to see that she’s a Tiger!

Correct. Beach VB is a little different, as far as major conference divisions.

The SEC doesn't have an official beach volleyball conference; instead, the few SEC schools with teams (LSU, South Carolina, and Texas) compete in other regional-type conferences.

I think I saw in another thread that she is moving to beach volleyball because she can go pro in that.

Also, Why LSU? because we have one of the best BVB programs in the country.

Yep.
Taryn Kloth did that 3 or 4 years ago. She was a good indoor player and transferred to LSU to play beach with Kristen Nuss. They were the best doubles team in the NCAA that year and have done well as professionals including making the Olympics.
