- This retweet contrasts the Obama administration's lack of direct intervention in Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi's 2013 accidental border crossing and seven-month Mexican detention with Donald Trump's $25,000 post-release donation in 2014.
- Tahmooressi, a PTSD-afflicted Marine veteran from Afghanistan service, was arrested with legal U.S. firearms after missing a San Diego turnoff; U.S. consular access was provided, but no presidential call to Mexico occurred despite Republican and veterans' group pressure.
- The accompanying image is Trump's authentic November 2014 letter praising Tahmooressi's bravery and enclosing the check, a gesture amid broader criticism of U.S. diplomatic restraint in the case.

Just in case anyone needs a reminder on how shitty the American communist party is

Biden and team immediately began negotiating with Russia (the booogeyman!!!) when a dude who plays women’s basketball purposefully broke the laws of their country. Then, they traded an international arms dealer for him.

Im glad Trump sent him the money.

The obama admin could have definitely resolved this.

However, remember the DACA adult who took a "wrong turn" at the border and ended up in Mexico and we told him to stay there because he violated DACA rules? He had probably done it dozens of times and his hubris led him to believe it would be the same under Trump. Wrong.

But in that case and this one......have you guys ever been to the border crossing in San Diego? There is no humanly way possible you can drive down the interstate and not know you are approaching the border, dozens of signs, in English and Spanish telling you to exit. And if you are stupid enough to not heed any of them, there is a turn around at the booths themselves. Yet this guy still proceeded with "licensed" guns. Well they aint licensed in Mexico.

There is something far more to this story than "accidently crossing the border with licensed guns". He was either Forrest Gump stupid, or just an arrogant American.

All Im saying is lets be fair, the DACA adult was wrong, and so was this fella. If they were victims, they were victims of their own ignorance.

So clearly defined walls between international borders are essential?

There is no way for the libs to argue this one.

Honestly that would probably work wonders for chauvin. He needs all the help he can get.

[what's he gonna give chauvin?]

I think you meant to ask that of the Biden admin. Or Obama admin. Either way, you know in your heart that this was a kay-fabe. Chauvin's arrest was a designed fake "rodney king" episode. You should know better.

Don’t care. We don’t leave our soliders in prisons for 7 months on a mistake. If he had nefarious intentions then Mexico has every right to detain him but this isn’t the case.
