Never was anti-Tucker or pro-Tucker. I always thought he was okay. Mostly correct, sometimes wrong.

But…..I did notice the last year or two that something wasn’t quite right with Tucker.

Maybe this is correct or maybe this is a wrong observation. Worth looking at. Something is definitely fishy though.

His comments at TPUSA event and the whence in his face when talking about Muslims was super weird.

Something is amiss.

I liked gummibear in the covid times...

That said, this part of his diatribe annoys me,
quote:

After leaving Fox, he simply removed whatever remaining restraint existed: he traveled to Moscow to interview Putin in February 2024, conducted a follow-up interview with Lavrov in December 2025, and has faced no meaningful pushback from his current audience for either appearance

I will NEVER understand why it necessitates "pushback" for interviewing "the other guy".

I don't trust anyone that demands we only hear from one side.

The schism occurring in the conservative movement is like joyful music to the ears of the prog left.

The only winners will be the DNC.

Wow! If @gummiebear737 says it on X; it's got to be true!

quote:

The net effect is a massive credibility shield. The self-deprecation makes him seem introspective and honest, so when he pivots to the rock-solid convictions the audience has already been primed to think, “Well, this guy just admitted all his past mistakes, so he must be telling the truth now.” It’s a very sophisticated version of the old preacher trick: “I’m the worst sinner in this room…which is exactly how I know the Devil is real.” The humility sounds genuine in the moment, but it's only meant to set up the authoritative declarations that most of us recognize as nonsense

Or

It could just be a guy who has lived in DC his entire life, gone along with the Swamp, has seen the light, and openly admitting that after that experience was wrong about everything.

Sounds like a guy in atonement for his past blindness, ignorance and willingness to report on the status quo.

But let's all jump on the Ben fricking Shapiro MIGA train since he's so MAGA!
