How did Cowboys practice facility get two bowl games?

They knew the Cowboys would be out of the playoffs

Toyota Stadium in Frisco is being renovated right now. That's where the Frisco Bowl is normally played. The FCS title game will be on Nashville the next two years due to the reno as well.
