How? Was Baker out sick that night? Will Kiffin doubt his decision?

Same way they dropped that much on ND and other teams. This is by far their worst performance of the year

Baker folded in the second half along with the players quitting. Horrible season for LSU. I wouldn't have been sad about Baker leaving. Mobile qb's give his defense trouble.

Didn’t it count as more than one loss?

LSU's roster is nowhere near as talented and it's just as simple as that. As good as our secondary was, we don't have any legit prospects on the DL, and our linebackers are all average at their absolute best to below average. Miami has studs up front close to the ball at snap, LSU doesn't.

*42

Also, our terrible offense put up 25 on them. Do you think Kiffin will doubt his decision to get rid of Sloan?

The offense's inability to have any sort of success set the defense up to fail all season.
It's not a mystery what happened, unless one is a total idiot. (talking about you)

Stop. Baker let Pavia and Reed eat his lunch from the start

Well if the offense could stay on the field it certainly wouldn’t have hurt. Hard to run for yards when you’re watching from the sideline.

Who knows how much of a difference it would have actually made, but the defense most certainly wasn't the same for the games Whit Weeks missed.

I don’t get the love for Baker here either. Any decent mobile QB puts up 40 on his defense

Just because he got to follow Matt House.

Really wish OM hadn’t promoted Golding. Hopefully he gets fired soon and we can get him as DC.

Let’s be fair. It was only 42. Defense didn’t give up the punt return

A good offense makes the defense better because you don’t have to play perfect to win games

2019 D is an example

You can also take more chances when you know the O can score

no

They played a good D in Texas and got smoked. They played a good D in Miami, and got smoked. They didn't play another good D all year. Reed is atrocious when he plays anyone that can stop a running qb...he is TERRIBLE at passing the ball.
