blacks don't pay income taxes, that's not a knock 63% of americans pay no income tax.

I know, it’s funny that it’s an empty promise, even were it ratified. But it does stroke emotions upon a certain class

If Blacks are 13%… that works out to 6.5 states, let’s give them six states and DC. They all have to live in those 6 states and DC.
They can come up with whatever tax scheme they want… they can call it Juntopia, Wakanda, Dindustan. Whatever. Let us bless them with self governance without influence from whitey.

Look at the numbers on what the black demographic puts into the tax payer coffers and subtract what the black demographic takes out via taxpayer funded programs.
