Any Pipe Smokers out there?

I know bourbon, scotch, and cigars are popular with this board, but do we have any gentlemen who still smoke their tobacco in briar, meerschaum, or even corn cobs?
Been smoking mainly aromatics (1Q, Captain Black, Choctaw/Cherokee (Country Squire blend), dabbled with some "English Aromatics" (Hunting Creek), and some English (Early Morning Pipe), but wanted to see what the F&D board preferred and why.

I used to smoke a pipe a good while ago but gave up all smoking when I turned 50 back in 2002 and quit cold turkey. I gave a few of the pipes I had to my brother-in-law but did keep 2 for myself just for the hell of it-----a couple nice briar pipes.
I would buy my tobacco at "The Tinder Box" a smoke shop located in Lakeside Mall in Metairie. For the life of me I can't remember the name of the tobacco I favored, but it was mild and very aromatic. I had tried some of the brands many of the drug stores sold at the time but could never find one I liked.

There was a good thread here I think not too long ago.
I used to enjoy a pipe smoke often but it’s been a while. Probably should start back some, it’s so relaxing.

Every so often. By no means someone who knows what they are doing but enjoy the effort in some sense. Much like the double edge razor shave if had to describe it.
That said, I stay with a little of middle of the road stuff. I really really want to get my hands on some perique to blend in to what I have. I like a few of the perique cigars that have been available. Probably could head to the River Parishes and find something id I were that committed.

Try Tombigbee and Riverboat Queen from the Squire and Autumn Evening (a Cornell&Diehl blend, but can be purchased from the Squire). All are mild with good taste and an excellent room note,

I have been into pipes and tobacco for a little while. While aromatics have their place, i prefer non aromatics. My favorite currently is Boswells Backwoods. I really like anything with dark cired kentucky in it. It has almost a bbq hint to it.
Check out Muttenchop piper on youtube. He has some great reviews and does a live stream every month on a tobacco
But I will echo others, the squire has some awesome blends and im from MS so I will always support them

I had one in high school. I bought a big bag of peach flavored tobacco from Walgreens.
It always got a good laugh at parties when I’d break it out and start smoking it.
