I was wondering the same thing. He should sound more like Peter Griffin; Rhode Island has a distinct accent and Speedy doesn't have it.

David Brown, former police Chief in Dallas and Police Commissioner in Chicago had a son who was a known drug dealer. He was killed in a shootout with police in Lancaster, TX.
