Hoping my kids get to go to both LSU and Baylor games. Tech usually only takes Spirit to 1 away game a year. With those being 3 hours and 4 hours away, it might happen.

Do Tech fans still want Cumbie gone? Looks like Tech did ok this year but the Sun Belt is a little bit of a step up from CUSA (granted the eastern division is better than the west).

Yes. Next year is the last year we’ll be held hostage by his buyout.

We get LSU after Clemson & right before the Lane Kiffin return to Oxford. We got them right where we want them with the trap game…..

But seriously yes, I would prefer Cumbie is fired now but that is not how we do things. He is staying for the last year of his contract.

Always. I don't personally. Why spend money on a buyout when you can use that money to buy a better team? Once his buyout is gone, I'm sure they'll get him out ASAP.

This used to be a big (albeit one-sided) rivalry game in Shreveport on State Fair Weekend.

Cumbie has done well with last two DC hires, but he was hired as an offensive guy and our offense is....offensive.

I think 7 wins (with 2 one point losses) deserves another year, but if there's any hint of regressing next year, pull the trigger and move on.

Most disappointing thing about going 7-5 and making a bowl game was Cumbie being retained.
