Liberals: what is the rationale for the phrase “ diversification is our strength”?

It’s just white liberals pandering to “minorities” because they are guilt ridden.

When I got my MBA I had to take a class called Diversity In the Organization. It was mandatory.

The only halfway logical argument they made was basically that within management structures, the biggest historical mistakes came from confirmation bias. Essentially the same guys from the same culture, the same age, with the same background, sitting around making decisions that they feel comfortable with.

Inevitably in these case studies a young, female, POC intern comes in and says: My time as a refugee in Darfur taught me to look at the world differently. Etc.

And then her suggestions save the day. But the old white men take all the credit.

I had to pay like $50,000 to take this kind of abuse three hours at a time. Three nights a week. For almost 3 years.

Didn't Obama put NASA in charge of reaching out to the muslim world?

Seems like it was around 2010, so it's been plenty of time to see results.

What happened with all that?

Now an answer to the Ags question. This was part of the lefty plan from the get go- to appear fair, objective, 'we are the good guys', etc with feel good slogans like this.

Now look where the left is - straight up advocating communism and socialism, trying to make certain races and classes of people second class citizen in the nation they were born in. Its all part of the script fortunately Trump getting elected threw it off track
