At this point it should be clear that impeachments alone are worthless.
This started with the constant call for impeaching Obama, ramping up with the 2 impeachments of Trump. Now there's blood in the water to impeach judges.
Any impeachment without the removal portion is literally nothing more than virtue signaling, at this point.

I seem to recall numerous calls to impeach W as well. For that matter, Clinton was impeached, just not convicted. Not sure why you say it started with Obama.

Judges aren't beyond impeachment. Surely you don't think that. I may have missed some news, but the instances I've heard about impeachment for judges have been Boasberg and the MN judge and the immigrant she smuggled away from ICE agents.
MN judge may be a state judge. Not sure what procedures they have there for impeaching.
Boasberg's actions, to me, are what impeachment is designed for. Seems totally appropriate.

That's back when the impeachment efforts had real justifications behind them. Clinton committed perjury and W's admin lied about WMDs in Iraq. I didn't think many people had issues with a response to either.
My comment about Obama was because there wasn't real justifications for any impeachment, similar to Trump. I won't edit, but I hope it's more clear, now.

I didn't say nor imply that.
I said impeachments now, without a real chance of removal, are virtue signaling. The impeachment process been abused by DEMs and REPs

You seemed worked up about impeachments being applied to judges. Do you think the impeachment of Boasberg is warranted?
This seems to imply a progression of which you disapprove.

The old both sides argument. Republicans filed 1 or 2 impeachments in 20 years. Democrats file 1 impeachment a week.
