Nothing clear about it. You do realize he has people upstairs watching these plays and relay down whether or not to challenge? Most of you on here are functional retards at best

The ball was a yard over the marker. Even the Bucs players didn’t react until that official came in.

The side judge ran in with the correct spot and another ref overruled him. It was very clearly a first down
