what do you think about Corey Raymond as Recruiting Director?

I believe he held the title before under Miles, correct me if I am wrong. If Frank leaves, then assign his recruiting duties to Raymond

Not sure. So Lane's plan is NOT to have his position coaches recruiting, just Dwike Wilson?

Wilson is the recruiting coordinator. Other coaches still take part in recruiting

Recruiting director is apparently just a glorified event player. Dwike isn't doing what you think he's doing. And Glasscock is probably performing the role that you're thinking of

Look at Miles’ recruiting classes without Raymond. They were good also. Raymond was not the secret sauce.
