My son has a 3 piece set (driver, iron, putter) that he swings in the yard and field that is too small for him now. Looking to get him a new set as he wants to start playing and take some lessons.

8yo
55" tall in August last measured

Any recommendations?

Ping Prodi-G are the best available by far and get one free trade in - so as he frowns you essentially get two sets for one - and it’s not just a shaft exchange - they do it right. A complete new rebuild

Vice Golf is making some good looking kids' clubs now. I have only ever bought USA Kids.

You should be able to get a 6th free from them as well.

Oh nice! Looks like my order should qualify. Will fill that form out in the morning.

5pc comes with driver, 4 hybrid, 7 iron, pw, and putter. Options for 6th club are 3w, 5,6,8,9, sw. What would you recommend?

Thanks brother.

Last time I did it I got the 9i and then ordered the 5i as well. That way she had a couple different irons with varying lengths to practice with..

3w i don't believe is fully covered on the program.. but 3 wood isn't a bad option to grab as well. It's fairly high lofted if I recall almost 5 or 7 wood loft .. that way he could get used to practicing with it.. But it's the least necessary in my opinion

Got my son a set of Flynn’s at 6. They can customize grips and shaft color and you can upgrade shafts as he gets taller.

He loves them.
