He left Oxford in a hurry. We don't need him having to sleep at his realtor's place for too long.

I drove past the Kelly house and there is a house for sale on the lake that isn't BK's.
If I had $$$$$$$$$$$$$ and lived in BTR, I would live on the lake or in College Town.
BK could entertain recruiting visits at his house because of proximity to campus/rules.

Burbank is bad. I used to live in condos near the Sonic. Burbank and Nicholson is always flooded down by Walk On's when it rains for an hour.

It would make a lot of sense for the same reason CBK bought that compound.

If CBK has listed his house there would be 2 for sale on the same part of Lakeshore.
One is listed by Jewel Fourrier and that isn't BK's house. She must sell a lot in that area.

I'd rather the privacy that the lot size of Saban's offers if I was that High Profile. Buy the back lot all the way to burbanand you have much more privacy. I get that there is more car traffic, but how many people walk basically in BK's front yard every day, morning and night.

Not a conspiracy theorist and even if I was, Kiffin's hired driver could secretly hate him and drive into a culvert, cement barrier or into the back of an 18 wheeler.

Kelly house not listed yet.. two others on the street. Both a couple million.. I believe lsu sponsored the sweetheart loan to Kelly..and holds the mortgage? saban old house for sale on highland .. yes you can come into it from Burbank also . I believe highland is the levee of the old river.. Burbank is down slope from it so water not a problem. Sabans house comes with 4 acres but can buy the adjoining 14 if you want… from highland to Burbank.. yes the lakeshore houses are within ncaa recruiting guidelines which is why Kelly bought there. Doc Pennington mansion and estate land for sale close to sabans on highland .. 14 million… a few in college town .. I do not believe any on LSU avenue at the moment.
