What is happening to them? I have seen nothing from right or left in media. You would think the left would take some poster child antifa member and do some big show on how they were beaten, tortured, water boarded, etc. at the hands of mean ole ICE.
How long are they held, and is there some higher penalty if they go back to another ICE facility and get dragged off for acting a fool again?

Watch your language. They are not acting like fools. They are engaged in clearly defined criminal behavior. Arrest and prosecute.
