My opinion is Frank. But Kiffin will watch and help with practices.

He won’t be coaching the bowl game. He’ll be at practice evaluating the team though.

If I were Kiffin, I would not want to coach my first game until I had my staff and some recruits/portals in place.
Would hate for game one to be stuck with this putrid offense.
