Just to reiterate, Florida turned to Turnkey to eventually end up with a G5 coach

I don’t really understand your point.
There’s no real skill in identifying a “Lane Kiffin” type coach.
You sound like the type of person who thought Woody did a great job by landing Kelly with no regard to him overpaying.
Identifying the right up and coming coach seems to be exactly what you’d want from a firm hired to find a coach.
