Will we be seen as the "bad guys" again after the next coaching hire?

The BK hire made us the team everyone loved to hate.
If we hire Lane and he leaves his team before the playoff, do we once again become the team everyone loves to hate?
I know the overwhelming response will be "Don't care, just want to win" and I agree. It's just a little annoying that Lane is actually pretty likable across CFB but will become the villain if he bolts after the Egg Bowl.
