Sisu - Road to Revenge

Went and saw this @ Monday matinee, $10 ticket and 22 oz hazy Stone IPA. Only 2 other people in the theater one of which was ~ 75 years old and fired up. I'll cut to the chase, if you liked Sisu you will like this as well. Can't beat the action at the theater unless you have a very high level home theater. Might have to get a Bedlington terrier.

The first one started GREAT and was so retarded by the end that I was happy it was over. How did this one compare plot wise?

I get that sentiment. But with the legend of him within the movie, it’s essentially a superhero movie. It makes more sense and is way more enjoyable if you view it that way.

....it's shorter than Sisu at 1:30. Yeah, it's still over the top but that's as expected. Really enjoyed the plane sequences and there will be retribution laid on a certain person for sure and I thought the very end was fitting, that's all I'm saying.

I liked the first one a lot more than I expected to, so I'll definitely watch 2 ... with tempered expectations

The plot is fine. But the shite he goes through / pulls off is completely unbelievable. Halfway through it I’m thinking how much more over the top can this get and it just keeps going more over the top. I’d save your money and wait till it it’s streaming for free.
