Late 90’s Girl Band in BR?!

Who/what was the girl/band that was around BR in like 1996-99 that played at Fred’s and The Caterie and totally channeled the Gwen Stefani vibe?! She wore like bikini tops and cargo pants and screamed into the mic? Not Allison Collins. Anyone?

There was an awesome cover band called Fiasco that played all the BR hot spots who had a female lead vocalist. She was a little sparkplug...but I don't think that is who you are talking about.
