Fitzpatrick--through his highly irregular ruling--is grasping at straws to make his findings that Lindsey Halligan (somehow) did something wrong.
She did not.

Here comes the spin.

"...may have committed misconduct in the Comey case." Or it may not have. I'm going to lean toward they did not. This is the Deep State circling the wagons in defense of one of their own.

Wow. This didn't age well, did it.
Also his characterization of the facts in THIS case is preposterous.

It's Mike Davis.

... could very well be that this judge may end up in very , very hot water, if the ruling goes to dismiss ...
These subpoenas coming out of South Florida could give great anxiety in the very near future ...

Of course SFP will side with the Dems

This isn't a partisan discussion.
The Trump admin, specifically Halligan, fricked up.

These are not “judges” in any traditional sense of the word

I wasn't familiar with him. THIS is the kind of legal grifter that preys on Innocent MAGAs.

He's one of the ringleaders. Like I mean that's his job, I imagine.

He’s the ringleader. Used to staff Senate Judiciary Committee and left to join the podcast and content circuit.

There's no Dem or Republican side of this. The indictment and related Grand Jury proceedings were objectively screwed up in truly historic proportions.
I might even follow Mike Davis to see if he even comments on today's revelation that Halligan lied to the Court about the "indictment." The Titanic is sinking. Davis and his ilk need to paddle away as soon as possible lest they get sucked down by the undertow.
