Says she was transported in critical condition. Probably waited until she was discharged from the hospital to arrest.

The other vehicle was driven by a woman, Olivia H. Will, and she too was taken to a hospital in critical condition.
How long was she in the hospital, receiving treatment, and/or rehabbing from any injury?
The original article of accident included she was fighting for her life.

Looks like she's spent several months recovering from surgery from injuries.
From the mom on FB:
quote:
November 1st - Thursday and Thursday night saw Olivia return to the ER by ambulance. Her symptoms included severe stomach pain, persistent inability to retain food or liquids, and episodes of blacking out. Medical professionals conducted a series of tests and advised consulting a gastroenterologist. Olivia's condition improved noticeably on Friday, likely due to the administered fluids and medication. However, by Saturday, she started experiencing adverse symptoms again, although less severe than those experienced on Thursday.
