Berry actually wants to be at LSU, because it's LSU. At the same time, he will get a pay increase. Remember Perkins also got an increase after his freshman year. However I remember Gordon talking about Perk, half the time forgot to come get his check. Meaning, it wasn't just about the money. Despite what people think, and even coming off injury, he could have easily gotten a big payday at another school.
