Those are rookie numbers. We need more deportations and no H-1B’s and 50 year mortgages.

Sorry to disappoint you but it isn't due to deportations, it is the continuation of a trend that has been happening for years.
Despite the absurd claims deportations are a tiny portion of the population
Experts agree that deportations would not reduce housing prices, and could raise them.

You think the University of Utah is a bunch of leftists? LOL
There are plenty more experts that agree. If you think they are wrong then provide details why.

Any expert who opines that the removal of demand raises prices should lose their job

The expert is saying because of deportations houses won’t be built.
News flash. Houses weren’t built for the 20 million that came in under Biden.

Don't tell the Panicans and other assorted eunuchs.

Most universities, yes.
And they are saying you are too lazy to work a construction job so deporting the workers means no houses will be built.

So not just from Utah.

Confirmation that you didn't actually read the links before you posted your knee jerk reaction.

lol your graph starts in 2022, at the height of Biden inflation. it also shows stagnant annual growth of 1.2% until 2025 Q2 where it dips to 0.9%.
we have to wait and see how future quarters play out, but i’m willing to bet it continues a trend towards zero or even negative territory.

You need to get better sources for your news because you look completely foolish when you post nonsense like this.

I agree......but it will have zero to do with a tiny portion of the population being deported.
To have a material effect on housing prices there would have to be a massive increase in resident deportations. 10X what is currently happening.

Experts agree
Probably the most pathetic response of someone unable to rub two brain cells together and make a coherent argument.
Its like dentists agree... with whoever pays them.
Experts fall into groups who violently disagree with each other on most topics.
String theory was a perfect example of that.
Experts agreed on that, but other experts disagreed and were right.
