Old Dominion (playing now) does that flicking on and off of the lights like we do.

The first time I ever saw it was when Purdue upset Ohio St in 2016 or so. Purdue had strobe lights every time they scored a TD.

LED changed everything.
It used to take 3 hours for the lights to get up to full brightness. And the electricity they used could power a small city.
