Has LSU called out the "Cause" that BK did? Or they say he did?

No the cause hasn’t been officially named. They filed their suit yesterday. Today’s a holiday, so I’m wondering what on earth they could have to make this worse than it already is.

I read somewhere it was because he was told to fire Sloan, and he refused to do it. Who knows if that is true.

Pretty sure he complied and fired Sloan. He wanted to fire Brad Davis, that’s when the AD disagreed. So it was BK wanting to terminate a coach, not Woodward.

Not acting on the event that would merit “”with cause” within a reasonable time reduces any chance you can win. If Kelly did things in ‘23 or ‘24 would merit that, LSU not acting & bringing him back for ‘25 pretty much destroys their case. This is just positioning for negotiation
