Lawsuit was dismissed by a judge a while back
Also no longer necessary since the minimum win % was lowered to .595 for Mike Leach

Les lost his lawsuit.
Kelly will lose his too, if he pursues it. I am amazed by how many posters on this Board are acting like Kelly's lawsuit has merit. All it has done is open the door for LSU to send out subpoenas to further support its case for firing for cause. Everyone knows Kelly was mailing it in, and was doing "other things" he should not have been doing. Why all of a sudden LSU fans are panicking is beyond me. Kelly should have taken the $20 million or whatever was offered, and run.

That is over but since all he was asking for was for his wins to be recognized in the official record books, I was pulling for him to win.

Totally agreed. BK had to do this as leverage. The same amount of leverage is going to be pushed back against him.
If he wants to save his marriage, he won't let this go too far. Then again, maybe his wife knows everything and doesn't give a shite. Maybe she will let him get paid FIRST and then she can divorce him for CAUSE.
He created this shitshow. Biggest difference between him and O is that O:
1. Had the greatest season of all time.
2. Kept his bad business away from campus.
3. Still loves LSU to this day
