If Kelly wins then he gets to continue receiving a monthly check until 2031 and I would imagine the checks are written in the same manner as the checks he received while he was employed.

He's suit is pay the agreement. So it would be whoever we thought was paying it before he filed the suit.
They are just trying to drag this out until he gets another job and pay the difference.
