Restaurant R’evolution has a private chef's table for 2 in the kitchen. Ask to book the "Chef Folse’s Room". Thank me later

Gris Gris has nice chef's table

Cochon and Commander's palace also have chef's tables in the kitchen but I think they are for 4+ people. Worth calling them to see if they can do it for 2

Any room is private for 2 people but you may end up paying a premium to get that. Is there a reason you need a private room for 2? You will have much more options just sitting at a two top.

We ate at Arnaud’s recently for our anniversary dinner. It was alright. To this day my favorite anniversary dinner we’ve dined at was Galatoires.
