Bye week to prepare… STILL can’t get plays called in, barely snapping at the end of the play clock or taking precious timeouts to avoid delay of game. Then, when we do get the play call the OL false starts. Just looked like a middle school team out there!

It appeared to be an issue regardless of who we had out there at QB (not a fan of either). Nobody on offensive staff can remain employed here with that kind of performance.

With the coaching changes on offense over the prior week, this is not at all surprising. I can cut the offensive coaches some slack right now, except for Davis.

I get that but Auburn is in our same scenario and look how efficient their offense was…

Not asking for much here.

I mean....

There is a reason that no one on this entire offensive staff will be back next season. And I would wager that every single one will have a hard time finding a top 30 gig.

This has been an issue across every position on our team.

- WRs don't know where to line up, struggle to get separation, and drop the ball too often.
- RBs can't see the holes and are slow to try to run through them.
- OL get multiple false starts and can't run block (this is now the 2nd year in a row this has been a massive problem, with completely different players.)
- QBs only throw short passes to the sides, struggle to get the play calls without having to call a timeout, etc.

- DL struggle with containing a running QB and whiff on too many TFL chances.
- LBs struggle to know which gap they are supposed to hit on blitzes.
- DBs don't turn around and play the ball.

All of these problems are happening regardless of which player lines up in that position. At some point, people are going to realize that this coaching staff is a major problem and that none of them need to stick around. If every player we try at a position makes the same mistakes, it isn't the players. It's the coaches.

Nuss' best attribute has been his intermediate passes over the middle. He has always been ELITE at this. Which is why the last several games where he has not pulled the trigger on those throws is so maddening. Thats what he carved defenses up with most of his career. Which is what is so hard to understand why he isn't doing it.

It’s called poor coaching and scheme.BK,Sloan,Davis,Hankton all has no sense of detail and practice must have been helter skelter. This offense all season looked like they have never practiced.
