I think he wants to pardon/commute Tina Peters but they (R's and D's) made sure to put State charges on her.

What was the bodyguard/assistants name that Jack Smith pulled into the falsified raid of MAL? He was AD Navy I believe?

It feels this way. That witch double agent Jenna Ellis even got a pardon. I still contend she was there to make sure 2020 was never looked into properly.

Was she, though? I honestly don't know. She could absolutely be a snake, but it's just as likely that she could've been playing a Pied Piper role to embolden the DS usurpers by thinking they had a willing accomplice from within the administration.

The alternate elector slate pardons.

ID on the J6 pipe bomber after 4.5+ years.

Uncovering foreign financial and organizational ties to USAID & State Dept.

They're absolutely going somewhere with this.

Her actual conviction is a state charge and these federal pardons don't affect them. Same with Sydney Powell.

The GA and AZ cases are still being litigated as well, last I heard, just FYI.

Why do you think federal charges would be more applicable? Her crimes are state charges all the way.

Oh I agree in the moment, and she should get a pardon.

But back then she sure didn't do much but roll her eyes and make sure Trumps lawyers all looked liked horrid dumbasses. She thought they were inept, painted them as crazy---and didn't help the situation--If they were fed bad intel so be it. But she played silent establishment like Pence.

The proof was when she suddenly trash talked Trump and high tailed it to meatball's camp as the establishment ordered.

They did this on their own.

The problem was they were arguing a bad point without factual or legal backing, which is going to make any lawyer look silly, even a good one like Sydney Powell.

When you have a lawyer 30 years past his prime with a lot of alcohol abuse in the interim, that's going to end up looking like this:

Thank you captain obvious. In several situ's it has been said strategies were used (like oh I dunno Trump in the SDNY, Fla. and Georgia)

It was outright bragged about by Big Tish and the gang, on the news and news stories. That the strategy was to get Trump on State charges on purpose, mind you- so he was outside of a pardon, and a pardon of himself.

As nuts as it sounds. They wanted him boxed in because he was the road runner and they were the coyote.

They could have easily railroaded her on trumped up-- interference of elections, obstruction, blah blah blah federal charges and you know it. They surely wanted her out of a reach of any commutation or pardon, no?

I listened to a few of the federal hearings and you would have thought it was a SNL skit or something. Those guys were so bad, I almost felt bad for them. You could tell Rudy had not been in a courtroom in 30 years. He couldn’t even provide the judge with the appropriate standard of review when asked.

Then Trump stiffed poor Rudy on his legal bills. At least he got a pardon?

In hindsight, those election judges/magistrates we all listened to LIVE on this board were all placed hacks.

Justice Alito had an order to: Pennsylvania to keep their ballots separate for further review and litigation. The machine came in and said oh hell no. They had to keep OMB out. To this very day PA has mail in willy nilly ballots.

I agree Ms. Sydney Powell is a brilliant lawyer. Who gave her Gina Haspel Germany gunfight info? Lin Wood. Then Lin Wood sold her out in court and saved his own pathetic arse. I remember watching it LIVE on this board.

Rudy is what NYCity needs now. Rudy was recently in a horrible accident. I have no idea if he is an alcoholic. All italian big shots in NYC seem to like their cocktails.

Someone on his staff was an idiot 20 year old and booked the wrong four seasons. BFD. The hair dye may give you laughs but that is someone's dad and grandpa. Rudy is great.

That was a PA court, I remember. Rudy isn't an election lawyer. He was out of his league there. I think he was so pissed off he just wanted it done himself.

It was horrible the way no lawyer could work for Trump or the RNC w/o getting blackballed. Ask Dersh. Lawyers had to leave firms in the end to represent Team Trump. So, I will give Rudy some grace others don't.

It may have been said, but it wasn't said by any serious person.

Your most common venue-jurisdiction for a crime or tort is going to be the location where the alleged conduct occurred. If we go down your list, that would be SDNY, Florida, and Georgia. Where else would these litigations occur, in your opinion/analysis?

Not really. Even wire fraud would be difficult as I don't think she took the stolen data (that she had no right to possess, ignoring the illegal way she secured it) was distributed (by her at least) in a way to trigger that.

There was no "election interference" as her behavior was so unrelated to actual issues with the election, that it didn't affect anything of value.

I doubt that ever was part of the calculation.

The State of Colorado has a vested interest in prosecuting state actors who engage in fraud of public records like Tina Peters did.
