But you just said that this was ok for CNBC to do because hannity does it too. But if hannity and "news" are different in the way you claim, then it wouldn't be ok for "news" to do it just because hannity does it too.

Of course it is merely the Democrat Shutdown - literally - and their leader in this episode is Schumer - and he is going against every other remark he has made in his history of these things - and he is now siding with the faction led by his primary opposition to the CR.
Call it what you will - the Democrats in the Senate are shutting down the govt = undeniable fact.
Schumer is the leader of the Senate Democrats = undeniable fact
