Red fish guide

Any recommendations on a red fishing guide in south Louisiana? Also looking for lodging.

While we do catch reds the best spot in the world is down in Venice. Unless our area has some real tide fluctuations (very high or low) it can be difficult for me to target reds.
Brad Boudreaux is the best in our area at producing reds (Boudreaux’s Guide Service). Call Spicers and ask for Cassie(wife).

I used Reel Tite based on a suggestion here and will be a return customer. Great fishing, great food, they had about the best prices for all-inclusive, and if you go down towards Venice you definitely want all inclusive.

You looking for regular inshore or fly fishing?
Forrest Lagarde is a young guy who charters fly fishing. He's a really good guy and knows his stuff. Islenos Outfitters.
Out of Grand Isle for regular inshore I'd go with Herk Bergeron. Pair-A-Dice Charters. He is quiet but will put you on all the fish.

Venice Fishing Lodge will take good care of you, they're always on reds.

Bayou Charters in Hopedale. They specialize in red fish. Also have very nice lodges.
