Perhaps.
But it seems a bit ridiculous to fire the current AD because you don’t like the job he’s doing…only to then quickly hire his second in command evidently without consideration of any other options. It would be akin to firing Kelly because the overall program isn’t having enough success…only to hire Joe Sloan as the permanent HC less than a week later
It appears more and more clear there is no “plan” other than the Governor by and through his political donor appointees on the BOS are just systematically eliminating their “enemies”.
