Does the CR passed by the House only extend Government operations until November 21st?

From what I can find, it seems that is how long the "clean CR" extends operations until. If the Senate passes it Wednesday, as expected, would that date bump out a month or will we see another shutdown at the end of the month?

It's pretty much just a 6-7 week extension. Which is another reason why it's so ridiculous the dems are keeping us shut down

Gonna be hilarious when we are right back to this in a few weeks. I hope the house does this all the way through midterms.

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I believe the Democrat shutdown is the last leverage Democrats have to not being steamrolled by Trump.
Didn't Thune remove the philbuster to pass the One Big Beautiful Bill? If so, then Trump and Republicans can now push through other agenda policies like healthcare and removal of entitlements without the Democrats. The CR however still requires 60 votes.
What Schumer knows is that this is the only leverage he has. As soon as the govt is back open he has no leverage to stop Trump. Illegals will be gone either on their own will or by Trump's will.
Trump will have a clear path to the census, where Democrats will lose lots of house seats without being able to count illegals. This is all about Democrats trying to maintain power by keeping as many illegals as long as possible and to do that the US govt has to keep paying their living expenses or they will leave.

That guy is a hell of a heavy equipment operator. He'll take a drink occasionally, but it has never impaired his abilities.

No. It was passed via reconciliation that only requires a simple majority and not a f-i-l-i-b-u-s-t-e-r-proof majority.

Yes, but the Senate is working on passing a CR until December 21. House would have to reconvene and vote on it.
